Our service.
Song of Their Life creates personalized memorial songs based on the memories and stories you share. Each song is an original composition created uniquely for you.
Payment.
Payment is collected at the time of order through Stripe. Prices are displayed in US dollars. The Memorial Song is $89. The Song + Memorial Page is $129.
Delivery.
Most songs are completed within 24 hours. We guarantee delivery within 72 hours. You will receive a high-quality MP3 and WAV file via email. Need it faster? Rush delivery (guaranteed 12-hour turnaround) is available for $40 at checkout — subject to order volume and submitted between 8 AM and 10 PM ET.
Revisions.
Your first revision is free. Additional revisions may incur a fee. We want the song to feel right and will work with you to achieve that.
Ownership.
You own the memorial song created for you. You may play it at services, share it with family, upload it to memorial sites, and keep it for personal use. You may not resell or commercially distribute the song.
Memorial pages.
If you purchase the Song + Memorial Page package, your memorial page will remain online at songoftheirlife.com/memory/[name] indefinitely. You may request edits or removal at any time by emailing [email protected]. At any time, you can request a download of your memorial song, lyrics, and any story content you've shared. If we ever need to close the service, we will provide at least 90 days' notice and the option to download everything.
Refunds.
Due to the personalized nature of our service, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you are unhappy with your song, contact us — we will work with you to make it right, whether through revisions or a partial refund.
Sensitive content.
We create songs honoring the lives of those who have passed. We reserve the right to decline content that is hateful, defamatory, or that we believe misrepresents the deceased. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
